If there is any manufacturing defect which is hampering the optimal intended use for our products
If you have received product in a damaged condition; in this case you need to inform us about the condition within 24 hours of receipt of your order by you.
The following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
Damages due to misuse of product
Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
Any consumable item which has been used/installed
Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers
Digital products/services
Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
Performance related issues like heat retention and leak prevention which vary from user to user
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered
Charges for value added services like express delivery, gift wrapping, personalization etc. are non-refundable.
